Energy Healing
Energy healing is a deeply personal experience that is unique for each person. It can free you of old energy that you no longer need allowing you to create more of what you do want in your life. It helps those that feel "stuck" regarding relationships (current or past), old experiences, trauma, beliefs from our parents, teachers, etc.
It also gives you a clearer sense of your life's path and connects you with your soul's true purpose. In all healing sessions, I work in partnership with Spirit and your higher self to bring about the change you desire.
Help for Healers
Healers of all kinds (massage therapists, acupuncturists, energy healers, caregivers, hospice workers/volunteers, etc.) will benefit from this session designed to help you stay healthy in your work and prevent burnout.
Often times, we pick up energy from our clients/patients without even realizing it. Since all energy wants to be more than it is, we tend to pick up energy from others that mirrors our own issues. This can amplify our own issues until we reach the point of feeling burdened, weighted down, overwhelmed or experience some form of physical, mental, emotional or spiritual exhaustion. Often times, the majority of energy we are carrying actually belongs to other people. Keeping yourself clear and healthy means that you will be able to live in your passion of serving others in the community for years to come.
Healing for Trauma Survivors
In times of trauma, the very best part of us can leave, such as our strength, trust, self-love, or the ability to speak up for ourselves. The trauma is then held energetically and needs to be released before those valuable pieces of us can return. This powerful session assists survivors in releasing layers of trapped emotions as well as imprints, beliefs and vows that may have been made as a result of the experience. At the end of the session, the best parts of us are invited to return. Clients often reporting feeling lighter, more whole and balanced.
Reiki Sessions (pronounced Ray-Kee)
Reiki is one of the most ancient healing methods known to mankind. It means:
Rei - The cosmic, universal aspect of this energy, and
Ki - The fundamental life force flowing and pulsating in all living things.
This energy is given to us at birth and we use it up in the business of ordinary daily living. We then have to create a daily supply of new energy. If our supply of life force energy is low or depleted for an extended period of time, we can experience some form of physical, emotional and/or mental exhaustion. A Reiki session infuses you from head to toe with pure universal energy that will replenish and revitalize you.
During all energy healing sessions you remain fully clothed lying comfortably on a massage table.
Sessions are approx. 60 - 75 minutes
