Cancellation Policy

All readings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Five or more days' notice: Cancellations made at least five days before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

• Less than five days' notice: Cancellations made with fewer than five days' notice are not eligible for a refund. However, one rescheduling opportunity may be offered at Lois Anne's discretion.

• No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

Due to limited seating and the preparation involved in offering our programs, the following policy applies:

• Five or more days' notice: Cancellations made at least five days before the scheduled event or class are eligible for a full refund.

• Less than five days' notice: Cancellations made with fewer than five days' notice are not eligible for a refund. A credit toward a future Cottage offering may be issued at Lois Anne's discretion.

• Within 24 hours of the event: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event or class are not eligible for a refund or credit.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us in advance with their name.

Should Lois Anne need to cancel or reschedule a reading, event, or class, you will be notified promptly. If the proposed alternative date or arrangement does not work for you, a full refund will be provided.

All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

We recognize that unexpected circumstances sometimes arise. Lois Anne reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy when circumstances warrant.
